What you will do

• Process medical insurance claim overpayments, including posting refunds, adjustments, and offsets.
• Conduct outbound calls to healthcare providers to secure payment recoveries professionally.
• Validate overpayments based on policy instructions and claim coding details.
• Manage outstanding accounts receivable and identify issues with unpaid accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and provider inquiries.
• Maintain documentation and support general administrative tasks including data entry and correspondence.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• Minimum of one year of experience in administrative support or data entry.
• High school diploma.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
