What you will do

• Generate, review, and issue accurate B2B invoices in accordance with contractual terms.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and execute structured collections processes.
• Lead the onboarding process for new B2B customers and portfolios.
• Review and interpret complex commercial contracts to configure billing systems.
• Reconcile billing data against meter reads and system records to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies across financial and operational systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or collections in a B2B environment.
• Hands-on experience with accounting or invoicing platforms like NetSuite, Xero, or Intacct.
• Demonstrated ability to review and interpret commercial contracts and payment terms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets.
• Excellent communication skills for managing professional collections conversations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
