What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to drive timely payments and reduce delinquency.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide payment reminders and support.
• Partner with customers to resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and establish payment plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Billing to improve customer retention.
• Monitor aging reports and prioritize outreach based on customer needs and account risk.
• Utilize Salesforce and NetSuite to manage accounts and track collection activity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer account management.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role focused on issue resolution.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
• Must be located in Miami, FL

Nice to have

• Experience in a subscription-based or SaaS billing environment.
• Proficiency in NetSuite, SAP, GetPaid, or similar accounting systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of credit risk and financial analysis.
