Salary: $24.00–$26.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Process same-day contribution and distribution requests via check, ACH, and federal wires.
• Perform daily research and resolve inquiries accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage escalated items and special projects assigned by management.
• Enter and release wires while conducting rigorous quality control and transaction verification.
• Execute end-of-day closing processes and balance all daily transactions.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in the Phoenix, AZ office 2 days per week.
• High School education or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in cash and funds processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of trust business accounting and tax reporting requirements.
