Location: Must be based in Seattle, WA, USA. This role follows a hybrid work model with an in-office expectation of at least 50% of the time (typically three days a week).

Salary: $168,000 – $210,000

What you will do

• Partner with content and product teams to design conversational experiences for agentic surfaces, messaging apps, and virtual assistants.
• Lead the design of complex, customer-centric conversational flows across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and research to define requirements and design solutions.
• Translate ambiguity into coherent experience strategies and MVPs for early-stage initiatives.
• Evolve the shared conversational platform and design system by establishing standards and best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design with a focus on conversational interfaces.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating 0-to-1 product development and impact from concept to market.
• Advanced proficiency in designing and prototyping complex workflows using Figma.
• Proven track record of influencing stakeholders and building alignment through storytelling.
• Experience contributing to design systems with a focus on accessibility and inclusive design.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
