What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design for provider-facing experiences, including discovery, journey mapping, and prototyping.
• Translate complex marketplace dynamics into scalable workflows for providers and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define problem spaces, success metrics, and release priorities.
• Design for clarity and trust in high-stakes workflows requiring accurate information.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 7+ years of experience in product design for complex web, SaaS, marketplace, or operational tools.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end product design in ambiguous environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and measurable impact.
• Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools and design assistants.
• Proficiency in modern design tools, especially Figma.
