What you will do

  • Lead IA client engagement from opportunity creation through business capture.
  • Generate and qualify business leads in the region; co-develop client strategy and marketing strategy with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage client satisfaction, monitor industry trends, and maintain competitive positioning.
  • Own regional account/client strategy and oversight, including identifying strategic and target accounts.
  • Develop and execute large account management processes (e.g., Gold Sheet) and lead strategic account teams.
  • Drive the “zippering” process to create sales and operations opportunities within client organizations; coordinate with other market sectors for new business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in high-stake client strategy and pursuit strategy.
  • Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search) if selected.
