What you will do

• Lead current-state assessments, organizational alignment, and future-of-work visioning for corporate clients.
• Analyze organizational data, headcount projections, and utilization metrics to determine optimal space programs.
• Partner with brokers on pursuits and pitches to demonstrate the value of integrated workplace strategy.
• Deliver strategic recommendations on space mix, scenario planning, and ROI analysis.
• Define and evolve the firm’s workplace strategy processes, tools, and value propositions.
• Represent the firm at industry events and lead internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, urban planning, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of professional experience in workplace strategy, design, or consulting.
• Proven commercial real estate experience, preferably at a CRE services or architecture firm.
• Demonstrated ability to present confidently to C-suite and senior leadership audiences.
• Proficiency with CAD software and design visualization tools like SketchUp.
