What you will do

• Support detailed analyses of project schedule delays, cost overruns, and productivity issues.
• Assist with document review, data gathering, and quality control of project data.
• Develop and maintain electronic databases and spreadsheets to support project needs.
• Conduct research on industry resources and public domain data to develop solutions.
• Audit work products to ensure high quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with project team leaders and experts to meet client deadlines.

Requirements

• BS degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in construction advisory services.
• Proven experience in construction defect analysis, claims, and change order analysis.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and statistical analysis tools like SQL or SAS.
• Must be located on the East Coast or willing to relocate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Previous field experience on construction projects.
• Experience working for a large general contractor as a project manager.
