Salary: $250,000–$270,000 (base pay only).

What you will do
- Drive consulting revenue and EBITDA growth to meet or exceed annual targets.
- Oversee multiple client relationships, engaging stakeholders from C-Suite to operational teams.
- Lead proposal development and collaborate with internal stakeholders to close high-impact deals.
- Steer the Supply Chain Consulting team, ensuring successful project execution and delivery.
- Mentor and develop consulting staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and high performance.
- Manage administrative business functions including staffing, performance development, and revenue reporting.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Consulting, Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering.
- Bachelor's degree required; post-graduate degree preferred.
- Proven track record in consulting-driven solution selling and managing large-scale, high-impact projects.
- Expertise in the Power & Renewables or Oil & Gas sectors.
- Strong ability to communicate complex data-driven solutions to senior client representatives.
- Willingness to travel 60-80% of the time.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
