TL;DR

Vice President, Consulting (Energy Supply Chain): Leading the growth and delivery of high-impact consulting solutions for the energy sector with an accent on business development, client relationship management, and strategic team leadership. Focus on driving revenue growth, managing complex cross-functional projects, and leveraging proprietary data to solve critical supply chain challenges for global energy clients.

Location: Must be based in or near Houston, Calgary, Boston, or New York (Remote arrangements considered for qualified candidates).

Salary: $250,000–$270,000 (base pay only).

What you will do

  • Drive consulting revenue and EBITDA growth to meet or exceed annual targets.
  • Oversee multiple client relationships, engaging stakeholders from C-Suite to operational teams.
  • Lead proposal development and collaborate with internal stakeholders to close high-impact deals.
  • Steer the Supply Chain Consulting team, ensuring successful project execution and delivery.
  • Mentor and develop consulting staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and high performance.
  • Manage administrative business functions including staffing, performance development, and revenue reporting.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in Consulting, Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree required; post-graduate degree preferred.
  • Proven track record in consulting-driven solution selling and managing large-scale, high-impact projects.
  • Expertise in the Power & Renewables or Oil & Gas sectors.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex data-driven solutions to senior client representatives.
  • Willingness to travel 60-80% of the time.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
