• Translate market insights and customer needs into strategic programs and actionable plans.
• Lead commercial excellence initiatives including pricing strategy, customer segmentation, and sales enablement.
• Monitor and challenge strategy execution to ensure alignment with group objectives.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives and prepare executive presentations to shape long-term commercial strategy.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent.
• Solid professional experience in commercial strategy consulting or project-based work.
• Strong understanding of market analytics, sales and service processes, and customer lifecycle management.
• Full business proficiency in English required.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, and Office 365.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all hierarchy levels and manage stakeholders.
