What you will do

• Facilitate training sessions for new FTE and Independent Contractor auditors.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work instructions for audits.
• Review and validate auditor assessments of supplier QHSE management systems and protocols.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to complete investigations and identify corrective actions.
• Support continual education through calibration sessions and sharing best practices.
• Ensure organizational compliance with ISO 9001 and certification standards.

Requirements

• Fully fluent in Spanish and English required.
• Experience with safety audit procedures and requirements in the LATAM region is essential.
• 5+ years of robust experience in safety supply chain management.
• Profound knowledge of OSHA regulations and familiarity with regulatory agencies like EPA, MSHA, and ANSI.
• Ability to interpret and make decisions based on LATAM health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and JIRA.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Portuguese.
• Bachelor’s degree in a QHSE-related discipline.
• Advanced safety designation (CSP, ASP, NEBOSH).
• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification.
• Prior experience in an hirify.global HSE Professional role.
