What you will do

• Provide high-quality technical support to customers via telephone, email, and web-based channels.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to video wall controllers and associated hardware.
• Travel to customer sites to perform the installation, configuration, and commissioning of systems.
• Deliver product demonstrations and provide technical training to customers, integrators, and distributors.
• Manage assigned project milestones and deliverables during on-site handovers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development of online support resources, including FAQs and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Technical background in AV systems, IT, electronics, or networking fundamentals.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (approximately 50% of the role) within the US and internationally.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
• Experience with system configuration, technical documentation, and basic coding.
• Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused interpersonal approach.
