What you will do

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective and current customers via live chat, email, and phone.
  • Partner with sales, security, insurance, and claims teams to ensure high-quality support.
  • Educate customers on the online quoting platform and cybersecurity tools.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for routing and resolving customer issues.
  • Identify recurring customer pain points to drive improvements in processes and product experience.
  • Provide professional support within a regulated insurance environment.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English and German (oral and written).
  • Must be based in Germany.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer success, insurance, broking, or underwriting.
  • Proven track record working with the German or broader European commercial insurance market.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex products clearly.
  • Highly resourceful and comfortable working in a dynamic, scaling business.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with local commercial insurance ecosystems.
  • Cybersecurity or cyber insurance knowledge.
  • Experience supporting customers across multiple countries or regulatory environments.
