What you will do
- Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective and current customers via live chat, email, and phone.
- Partner with sales, security, insurance, and claims teams to ensure high-quality support.
- Educate customers on the online quoting platform and cybersecurity tools.
- Act as the primary point of contact for routing and resolving customer issues.
- Identify recurring customer pain points to drive improvements in processes and product experience.
- Provide professional support within a regulated insurance environment.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English and German (oral and written).
- Must be based in Germany.
- 1+ year of experience in customer success, insurance, broking, or underwriting.
- Proven track record working with the German or broader European commercial insurance market.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex products clearly.
- Highly resourceful and comfortable working in a dynamic, scaling business.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with local commercial insurance ecosystems.
- Cybersecurity or cyber insurance knowledge.
- Experience supporting customers across multiple countries or regulatory environments.
