What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor for an assigned portfolio of customers.
  • Conduct Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews to track ROI and performance.
  • Monitor usage metrics and health scores to proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute renewal and expansion plans in collaboration with Sales.
  • Represent the Voice of the Customer internally to drive product and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and success plans within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and German language skills required.
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Partnership roles.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in B2B environments.
  • Analytical mindset capable of interpreting usage data, NPS, and health scores.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Experience with subscription-based data products is highly desirable.
