What you will do
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor for an assigned portfolio of customers.
- Conduct Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews to track ROI and performance.
- Monitor usage metrics and health scores to proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute renewal and expansion plans in collaboration with Sales.
- Represent the Voice of the Customer internally to drive product and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and success plans within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Fluent English and German language skills required.
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Partnership roles.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in B2B environments.
- Analytical mindset capable of interpreting usage data, NPS, and health scores.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Experience with subscription-based data products is highly desirable.
