What you will do

• Deliver strategic customer engagement through 1:1 and 1:many communication channels.
• Drive product adoption and usage to ensure long-term customer success and growth.
• Manage the onboarding process for new customers to ensure they are set up for success.
• Support customer escalations by triaging inquiries and coordinating with internal teams.
• Maintain a cohesive customer experience across the hirify.global product portfolio.

Requirements

• Must have legal authorization to work in Hungary without employer sponsorship.
• Proven experience in customer success or a related client-facing role.
• Strong communication skills for managing high-volume customer interactions.
• Ability to triage technical inquiries and facilitate resolution.
• Understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
