TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Driving product adoption and customer outcomes for a large EMEA customer base using a tech-touch approach with an accent on 1:many communication and strategic engagement. Focus on mitigating churn risk, scaling onboarding processes, and facilitating complex customer escalations.

Location: Remote (Must have legal authorization to work in Romania or Hungary without sponsorship)

What you will do

  • Drive product adoption and customer outcomes via 1:1 and 1:many channels, including webinars and emails.
  • Manage digital touch points throughout the customer lifecycle to ensure time-to-value.
  • Proactively engage customers to mitigate risk, promote renewals, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Own and resolve customer escalations, triaging inquiries to the correct internal teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Renewals departments.
  • Monitor customer health indicators to identify risk signals and engagement opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success roles.
  • Fluent written and spoken Italian or Spanish.
  • Fluent English (C1+).
  • Legal authorization to work in Romania or Hungary.
  • Proven ability to create compelling customer materials to drive business objectives.
  • Experience with recurring revenue sales models and renewal processes.
