TL;DR

Account Executive (Corporate Sales): Managing high-velocity transactional sales opportunities under $30K ARR within the America Strategic account base with an accent on deal execution, pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on driving expansion and add-on sales for hirify.global products while partnering with Strategic AEs to optimize the overall sales motion.

Location: Must be based in the United States

What you will do

  • Own and close all sub-$30K Gross ARR opportunities across the America Strategic account base.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for qualified opportunities and closed business.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene within Salesforce.
  • Partner with Strategic AEs to identify and triage small opportunities for seamless handoffs.
  • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers and Solutions Engineers to navigate technical requirements.
  • Engage with procurement teams and channel partners to drive transactions to completion.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally with technical products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in high-velocity sales environments.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of concurrent deals.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills with a team-first mentality.
  • Aptitude to learn complex technical products like containers and DevOps tooling.
