Salary: $134,000 – $175,875

What you will do
- Become an expert on the Observe platform and conduct discovery calls, demos, and presentations focused on observability and data-driven operations.
- Act as a trusted advisor understanding customers’ data and infrastructure strategies, positioning Observe as a critical component.
- Qualify prospects, develop new sales opportunities, and maintain a strong pipeline of recurring revenue.
- Drive full-cycle sales motions including landing, adopting, expanding, and deepening account relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas through strategic territory planning and regional go-to-market approaches.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales engineering, product, marketing, legal, and finance teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Must have 6+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Experience in complex enterprise sales within observability, monitoring, DevOps, data platforms, or related fields.
- Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ownership mindset with experience defining and executing sales strategies and leveraging partner ecosystems.
- Commitment to open, honest feedback and contributing to an inclusive, high-performing team culture.
- Proven ability to independently prospect, develop, and close new enterprise client relationships.
