Location: Remote (United States)

Compensation: $130,000 – $140,000 (OTE) + Equity

What you will do

• Manage a high volume of deals with short sales cycles, focusing on speed and consistency.
• Build strategic relationships with founders, owners, and sales leaders at companies selling to government.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to inform product development.
• Consistently meet and surpass sales quotas to contribute to company success.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Minimum 2 years of successful experience in a closing role, preferably within B2B SaaS.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Ability to independently build and demo the hirify.global platform without solutions engineer assistance.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
