Salary: $174,900 – $282,700 (US) / CA$244,550 – CA$392,150 (Canada)

What you will do

• Lead a senior team of engineers managing hirify.global Build Cloud and Hub's build systems.
• Transform high-stakes roadmaps into executable plans for regulated and federal customers.
• Maintain a hands-on approach by participating in technical designs and code reviews.
• Oversee the reliability and operational health of production services and on-call rotations.
• Drive the professional growth and performance of engineers while hiring new talent.
• Collaborate across Product, Sales, Legal, and Security teams to align goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada or the United States.
• 5+ years of experience managing high-performing engineering teams.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in backend, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• Strong knowledge of security, including OWASP Top 10 and software supply chain security (SLSA, SBOMs).
• Proficiency in CI/CD, container images, image hardening, and OCI registry mechanics.
• Experience managing production infrastructure, including on-call and incident response.

• Hands-on familiarity with Go.
