What you will do
- Lead employee relations, serving as the primary point of contact for policy interpretation and workplace concerns.
- Design and implement a manager coaching curriculum to improve leadership capability and conflict resolution.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-leadership roles, including interview design and candidate experience.
- Own the performance management cycle, from system launch to calibration and evidence-based assessment support.
- Oversee HR operations, including benefits administration, compliance with multi-state employment laws, and HRIS management.
- Develop and execute learning and development programs aligned with organizational competency needs.
Requirements
- 10+ years in HR, with at least 7 years focused on employee relations, manager development, or talent management.
- Technical recruiting experience is required.
- Deep knowledge of multi-state employment law and HR compliance.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
- Proven ability to coach managers through performance and conduct situations.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, and AI tools in an HR context.

- Experience managing a team.
