TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own and expand strategic enterprise accounts by identifying opportunities and closing complex deals.
  • Engage with C-level and senior IT leaders to align software solutions with their strategic business goals.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain disciplined pipeline management.
  • Translate technical customer challenges into measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Customer Growth, and Marketing to maximize account strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling enterprise B2B SaaS solutions to senior IT personas.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and managing complex sales cycles >$500k ACV.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
  • Deep understanding of forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC and value-selling methodologies.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with hirify.global products.
  • Industry experience in quality engineering or software testing.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools like Salesforce, Clari, or Outreach.
  • Experience using AI tools for productivity.
