What you will do

  • Generate qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Research target accounts and map stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand development team workflows and pain points.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies and ensure clean opportunity hand-offs.
  • Represent the brand as the first point of contact for prospective customers.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to help scale the sales function and playbook.

Requirements

  • Dutch language proficiency (C1+) required for market engagement.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or business development roles.
  • Relentless self-starter mindset with the ability to build pipeline from scratch.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex products to technical audiences.
  • Curiosity about software development and the impact of AI on the craft.
  • Data-driven approach to tracking activity and iterating on sales performance.
