What you will do

  • Proactively engage with prospective clients to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscapes and target industry segments.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to strategize on lead quality and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and progress in the CRM.
  • Develop and execute personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
  • Continuously refine prospecting techniques to enhance success rates.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London, UK
  • At least 1 year of experience in an SDR, staffing, or related sales role, ideally within B2B SaaS or CRM software.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and prospecting tools like Sales Navigator or Outreach.io.
  • Strong understanding of low-code and CRM software trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging C-level executives.
