What you will do
- Run the company’s operating cadence (weekly leadership syncs, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning cycles, and annual offsites) with clear purpose, participants, and pre-read context.
- Partner with the COO as a strategic thought partner by shaping agenda priorities, preparing materials, and ensuring follow-through on decisions.
- Maintain visibility into cross-functional workstreams, surface blockers early, and drive accountability between the COO and functional leaders.
- Own business performance reporting by interpreting and curating metrics and narratives for leadership and board-level clarity.
- Partner with Finance and Data to develop models, forecasts, and scenarios for goal-setting and resource allocation.
- Lead end-to-end execution of the COO’s highest-priority strategic initiatives, including 0→1 projects that require standing up new processes and running pilots.
Requirements
- US work eligibility required.
- 5+ years in strategy, operations, or chief of staff roles at a top-tier consulting firm or high-growth tech company.
- Experience building and running operating cadences (business reviews, planning cycles, executive forums) in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience working directly with a COO/CEO/C-suite executive, including managing up and communicating with precision.
- Proven track record driving cross-functional alignment and accountability on complex, ambiguous initiatives.
- Comfort with quantitative analysis and financial modeling using Excel/Google Sheets.
