Salary: $90K – $130K

What you will do

• Serve as the senior relationship lead for a curated portfolio of premier clients.
• Deliver a concierge-level, white-glove client experience.
• Translate complex accounting and tax concepts into clear, confident communication.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal accounting, tax, and advisory teams to ensure high-quality execution.
• Oversee onboarding and elevate the client journey from day one.
• Partner with leadership to continuously refine and elevate service delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in client service or relationship management within a CPA or professional services firm.
• Proven experience supporting sophisticated or high-net-worth clients.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Tucson, AZ.
• Strong executive presence and high professional judgment.
• Commitment to strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
