What you will do
- Own the end-to-end client relationship for a portfolio of DSO accounts as the primary post-implementation point of contact.
- Develop relationships with clinical and executive stakeholders to understand workflows, goals, and success metrics.
- Drive product adoption through consultative guidance rooted in clinical workflow expertise, including defining adoption milestones and intervening when engagement lags.
- Analyze client usage data to identify trends and gaps, then share actionable opportunities for deeper engagement.
- Design and deliver clinical training programs and scalable educational assets (guides, webinars, playbooks, case studies) for dental teams and internal stakeholders.
- Escalate issues professionally and translate client feedback into actionable input for Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
Requirements
- Dental degree (DDS, DMD, RDH, or equivalent) plus business or industry experience (e.g., MBA, consulting, customer success, or leadership in dental organizations).
- 5+ years of experience in dentistry, healthcare consulting, customer success, or product adoption roles (ideally in health tech, SaaS, or AI).
- Proven ability to educate and influence clinical teams and engage executives on business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical, clinical, and business perspectives.
- Strong organization and ability to partner across multiple accounts and teams.
- Authorization to work in the United States (E-Verify participation).
