Customer Success Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote (United States); working hours: 8:00am–4:30pm ET

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers as their primary point of contact.
• Monitor customer usage, satisfaction, adoption metrics, and usage patterns to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop customer success strategies, adoption plans, business reviews, and performance analyses with cross-functional teams.
• Collect customer feedback, coordinate NPS reports, and communicate product insights and feature requests to Product Management and Marketing.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales on renewals.
• Create, revise, and maintain departmental SOPs.

Requirements

• Ability to work remotely from the United States during 8:00am–4:30pm ET
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical state licensing requirements; experience in regulatory compliance, licensing, or credentialing is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, data assessment, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with or understanding of data validation, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance is preferred.
• Ability to learn new software quickly, document findings clearly, and communicate effectively.
• Microsoft Office competency, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong organization and time-management skills.
