What you will do
- Collaborate with clients to evaluate clinical goals, including generic dispensing rates, utilization management, and medication adherence.
- Provide high-level clinical consultation focused on client satisfaction, retention, and trend management.
- Recommend and implement clinical programs to drive cost savings for clients and members.
- Monitor market trends and provide clinical market intelligence and drug information to clients.
- Provide guidance on clinical aspects of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including spend and benchmark updates.
- Analyze and interpret drug benefit designs and communicate reporting needs to supporting departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s and Advanced Degree in Pharmacy (RPh or Pharm D).
- Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license (any US state).
- 5+ years of experience working as a licensed pharmacist.
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role with external clients (required).
- 3+ years of knowledge in healthcare benefits, pharmacy benefits, or commercial health insurance (preferred).
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
