What you will do

• Manage overall sales activities to generate new business revenue and maintain existing hospital accounts.
• Establish long-term hospital business relationships and develop account-specific strategies.
• Communicate the value of hirify.global Laboratories (MCL) to hospital executive leadership.
• Lead MCL teams to meet customer and strategic initiatives in collaboration with field staff.
• Travel up to 80% within the South Texas territory and internationally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, medical technology, or sciences.
• 3+ years of sales or business management experience.
• Must be based in South Texas.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship or F-1 STEM OPT extension.
• Requires a 2-year commitment to the role.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
