What you will do

• Manage communications and status updates for brand and project teams.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned projects within client accounts.
• Implement projects to ensure the success and profitability of client deliverables.
• Collaborate with project management to develop timelines, communicate milestones, and identify project risks.
• Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) review process to ensure compliance.
• Assist in the development of new business initiatives and identify organic growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Minimum 2 years of combined experience in Accounts and Project Management within a pharmaceutical agency
• Experience with direct client contact
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel up to 5%

Nice to have

• Experience with MLR processes and online submission systems like Zinc or Veeva
• Pharmaceutical drug launch experience
• Experience writing SOWs and project briefs
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or advertising
