What you will do

• Own strategic relationships with regional and national pharmacy partners as their primary growth advisor.
• Drive business planning and execution to enhance margin performance and patient engagement.
• Activate high-leverage programs across pricing, marketing, and tech integrations.
• Lead proposal development for new initiatives and renewal cycles, owning scope and value modeling.
• Manage and coach a team focused on overall performance and growth.
• Conduct regular travel (20-40%) for business reviews and industry events.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 8+ years experience with a Master's or 12+ years with a Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years in account management or strategic partnerships within retail pharmacy or healthcare.
• Proven success managing complex, national enterprise-level accounts.
• Deep fluency in pharmacy economics (margin, reimbursement, cost-to-fill).
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills for C-suite stakeholders.
