What you will do
- Identify and prospect potential customers through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Multi-thread into global organizations to engage various stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain a high volume of daily sales activity.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align with company goals.
- Remain invested in prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure pipeline quality.
- Achieve and exceed established quarterly targets.
Requirements
- Native-level English proficiency is mandatory.
- 1+ years of SDR experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS startup.
- Must be comfortable working US hours at least 2 days per week.
- AI-first mindset with experience leveraging AI tools in sales.
- Strong storytelling, time management, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
