What you will do
- Identify and prospect potential customers through outbound phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Multi-thread into global organizations to engage various stakeholders and secure meetings for Account Executives.
- Manage and maintain a high volume of daily sales activity.
- Remain invested in prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure pipeline quality.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align with company revenue goals.
- Consistently achieve and exceed set performance targets.
Requirements
- Native-level English proficiency is mandatory.
- 1+ years of SDR/BDR experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS startup environment.
- Experience with enterprise sales motions is highly preferred.
- AI-first mindset with comfort leveraging modern sales tools.
- Must be based in London and able to work in a hybrid office environment.
- Willingness to work US hours at least 2 days per week.
