Location: Remote - London, United Kingdom. Must be based in the UK and able to travel to the London office

What you will do

  • Qualify and develop inbound and outbound leads to progress prospects through the sales process.
  • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for sales executives based on qualification criteria.
  • Research target accounts, identify key personas, and execute cold discovery calls and email campaigns.
  • Use strong influencing skills to uncover business challenges and pitch how hirify.global solves them.
  • Maintain Salesforce data consistency and coordinate with Sales Directors and Marketing teams.
  • Consistently achieve meeting quotas to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives are met.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of previous prospecting experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business and tech acumen.
  • Based in the UK with ability to travel to the London office.
