Salary: $125,000 – $150,000

What you will do

  • Identify and engage top-tier talent for GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Growth) and G+A roles (Finance, People, Ops).
  • Craft highly personalized, compelling outreach leveraging AI tools to align with the company ethos.
  • Map talent across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), competitive startups, and niche professional communities.
  • Partner with Recruiters and Business Leads to calibrate candidate profiles and refine search strategies.
  • Track conversion rates and leverage data to pivot and optimize sourcing strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sourcing experience focusing on GTM or G+A roles.
  • Proven experience working within a high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong business acumen regarding the AI/SaaS landscape.
  • High agency and ability to operate effectively without a predefined playbook.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Foster City, CA.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Ashby ATS (preferred) or Greenhouse.
  • Proficiency with Gem, Juicebox, and X (Twitter) for sourcing.
