Location: Must be based in San Francisco (On-site)

What you will do

  • Build candidate pipelines through direct outreach, community engagement, and referrals.
  • Evaluate candidates by reviewing technical depth, including GitHub repositories and research papers.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from initial screening to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Monitor the talent landscape to identify market trends and candidate motivations.
  • Draft job descriptions and refine the overall candidate experience to reflect the company mission.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience specifically in engineering, ML, or AI.
  • Ability to assess technical work, architecture decisions, and research papers directly.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on speed and attention to detail.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (visa support available for STEM OPT, OPT, H-1B, O-1, E-3).
  • Ability to work on-site at the San Francisco office.

Nice to have

  • Experience with early-stage or founder-led hiring.
  • Established network within the ML, AI, or infrastructure communities.
  • Experience sourcing from non-traditional channels and academic circles.
