Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience specifically within A/E (Architecture/Engineering), EPC, industrial, or complex technical manufacturing environments.
• Mastery of advanced market mapping and passive engagement techniques (Boolean, X-raying, social recruiting).
• Solid understanding of engineering disciplines and technical workflows.
• Ability to influence stakeholders using data-backed insights and competitor intelligence.
