What you will do

  • Develop and own the acquisition strategy for media and entertainment platforms, matching audience segments to products.
  • Manage full-funnel strategy including pricing, packaging, benefits, and registration-first efforts.
  • Lead cross-channel acquisition campaigns across email, push, in-app messaging, podcasts, and CTV.
  • Collaborate with BI and Product teams to build data architectures for real-time acquisition experiences.
  • Manage and develop a small marketing team as a player-coach, leading strategy and execution.
  • Provide regular performance reporting and revenue forecasting to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of growth or performance marketing experience, with a focus on subscription acquisition for media brands.
  • Expertise in audience segmentation, propensity modeling, and data-driven campaign targeting.
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Amplitude and Tableau for independent data interpretation.
  • Experience with subscription management platforms like Piano or Stripe.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Active, integrated use of AI tools for strategy, analysis, and reporting.

  • Experience with fitness, outdoor, or lifestyle consumer brands.
