What you will do
- Lead global performance marketing strategy across search, social, display, and video, defining channel mix and investment models.
- Manage a multi-million dollar annual media budget with a strict focus on MRR, Spend/MRR, and MER efficiency.
- Drive experimentation frameworks for bidding, creative testing, and audience segmentation powered by AI and automation.
- Partner with Web and Cart teams to optimize site architecture and landing pages for conversion and performance.
- Own the single source of truth for paid performance dashboards using GA4, GV360, TradeDesk, and Adobe.
- Lead and mentor a global team of in-house and agency paid media professionals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing overseeing paid media and growth strategies.
- Proficiency in AI platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Adobe stack, and Ahrefs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholder collaboration.
- Must have US work authorization and be based in the United States.
