What you will do

• Lead global performance marketing strategy across search, social, display, and video, defining channel mix and investment models.
• Manage a multi-million dollar annual media budget with a strict focus on MRR, Spend/MRR, and MER efficiency.
• Drive experimentation frameworks for bidding, creative testing, and audience segmentation powered by AI and automation.
• Partner with Web and Cart teams to optimize site architecture and landing pages for conversion and performance.
• Own the single source of truth for paid performance dashboards using GA4, GV360, TradeDesk, and Adobe.
• Lead and mentor a global team of in-house and agency paid media professionals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing overseeing paid media and growth strategies.
• Proficiency in AI platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Adobe stack, and Ahrefs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide diverse teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholder collaboration.
• Must have US work authorization and be based in the United States.
