TL;DR

Digital Strategy/CRM Lead (Marketing): Providing strategic oversight and hands-on execution for growth marketing, email, and SEO initiatives with an accent on performance-driven strategy and client-facing leadership. Focus on maintaining momentum across integrated workstreams, shaping campaign architecture, and translating complex analytics into actionable insights for enterprise clients.

Location: Must be based in the US and available during 9-5 PM EST business hours. Role is open to candidates in New York, NY or remote within the US.

Compensation: $10,000–$12,000 (Fixed-fee project).

What you will do

  • Provide strategic oversight and quality control for digital strategy teams across multiple accounts.
  • Develop frameworks, shape briefs, and contribute directly to strategy deliverables as an individual contributor.
  • Guide email marketing initiatives, including campaign architecture, copy review, and performance reporting.
  • Lead SEO strategy, including roadmap maintenance, audit reviews, and prioritization guidance.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for senior-level client conversations and performance presentations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Paid Media, Creative, and Account leads to drive integrated workstreams.

Requirements

  • Must be available for a full-time short-term contract (6-8 weeks) during EST business hours.
  • Proven experience leading digital strategy across CRM/email, SEO, and growth marketing in agency or consulting environments.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer journeys, and performance-driven strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
  • Ability to lead senior-level client conversations and present strategic recommendations with executive presence.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
