Marketing Specialist (Membership): Managing the strategy, execution, and optimization of the NSTXL membership experience with an accent on member lifecycle, engagement campaigns, and retention. Focus on building a structured member journey from application to renewal, optimizing CRM/portal workflows, and delivering high-touch member service.
Location: Remote (Must be based in one of the following US states: AL, CA, CO, DC, FL, IN, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WY)

What you will do
- Design and maintain a comprehensive membership experience from application through renewal to ensure a mission-ready base.
- Develop and implement annual membership campaigns to drive intentional growth and registration.
- Optimize membership portals, websites, and CRM integrations using HubSpot, Salesforce, and WordPress.
- Analyze member feedback and data to create actionable improvement roadmaps and report on success initiatives.
- Represent the organization at tradeshows and host quarterly in-person member networking events.
- Provide high-touch, "white-glove" service as the primary point of contact for member onboarding and activation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of professional marketing experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience owning or supporting a customer, growth, or membership lifecycle.
- Proven experience with marketing automation and CRM/CMS platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or WordPress).
- Must reside in one of the specified US states.
Nice to have
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
- Strong public speaking, networking, and event management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for industry events.
- Deep expertise in creating acquisition and retention strategies.
