What you will do

• Lead and coordinate subsystem-level benchmarking efforts to define best practices and conduct design reviews.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Best Practices, SOR templates, and DFMEA templates.
• Conduct supplier technical reviews and maintain the Technically Approved Supplier List (TASL).
• Provide technical support to program teams, including Assistant Chief Engineers and Development/Validation Engineers.
• Drive interface application decisions to optimize propulsion system performance and vehicle manufacturing processes.
• Manage warranty reduction and quality improvement processes by documenting and applying lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of engineering experience with a strong background in propulsion systems design.
• Proven experience working with suppliers on Cranktrain components.
• Expertise in the design of integrated, cross-functional systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no immigration sponsorship (H1-B, OPT, etc.) is provided.

Nice to have

• Master of Science in Engineering.
• 15+ years of engineering experience.
• DFSS Certification at Black Belt or Master Black Belt level.
• Experience with calibration impacts on Cranktrain systems.
