What you will do
- Own the top-of-funnel strategy and channel mix (SEO, content, paid, social, email) to increase vetted report submission volume for Chainabuse.
- Build and operate partner integrations with exchanges, wallet providers, and victim-support advocacy organizations end-to-end.
- Optimize visibility for scam-related queries on Google and emerging AI-search surfaces like Perplexity and ChatGPT Search.
- Set and enforce the victim-facing tone-of-voice across all intake forms, emails, and community interactions.
- Operate as a one-person growth team, briefing contractor and AI resources to iterate and ship rapidly.
Requirements
- 5+ years of growth marketing experience scaling consumer reporting, UGC, or community-data products.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Demonstrated AI fluency, using AI tools daily for content, research, outreach, and analytics.
- Strong SEO and content fluency with expertise in Search Console, Ahrefs, or Semrush.
- Proven track record of managing platform or advocacy-org integrations without a dedicated BizDev function.
- Exceptional editorial taste and ability to write empathetic copy for emotionally compromised audiences.

- Domain background in crypto, financial crime, fraud, or victim advocacy.
- Multilingual reach and experience.
