What you will do

• Drive travel sales revenue through the strategic management of teams and goal setting.
• Coach Travel Counselors to achieve productivity growth and overcome sales challenges.
• Analyze industry trends to capitalize on opportunities and make recommendations to senior management.
• Manage performance standards, focusing on customer satisfaction and compliance.
• Oversee staffing levels, including hiring, training, and motivating a successful team.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry representatives, vendors, and community leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience OR High School diploma with 9+ years of travel sales and service experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications or Google Suite.
• Position is anchored in Phoenix, AZ.
