Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team
Conduct regular pipeline reviews and 1-on-1 coaching sessions
Ensure the team meets and exceeds individual and collective goals
Leverage deep knowledge of NAM market dynamics to drive growth

Requirements

Deep understanding of business cultures and market dynamics across the North American region
Proven experience in performance management and sales coaching
Must be based in the United States
