Lake Motor Group is looking for a strong sales leader to take ownership of dealership sales growth.

We already generate a high volume of leads and invest heavily in advertising. We need someone who can build a strong sales system, improve team performance, increase completed deals, and clearly understand what is driving results.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Growing dealership sales
• Managing and developing the sales team
• Improving lead handling and follow-up processes
• Increasing conversion from lead to completed sale
• Identifying which advertising efforts actually drive results
• Building accountability and discipline across the sales process
• Creating clear sales strategy and execution standards

Requirements:

• Automotive dealership leadership experience
• Proven track record of increasing sales
• Strong team management skills
• Ability to build structure and improve processes
• Strong understanding of dealership sales operations
