Location: Must be based in the USA (Houston, TX office or remote).

What you will do

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Articulate the value proposition of hirify.global solutions consultatively to hirify.globalpective customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D and product marketing to refine product positioning and demos.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from hirify.globalpecting to closing new enterprise business.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of software sales experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Deep experience with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for data-driven presentations.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the airline or travel technology industry.
  • Understanding of core AI concepts and agentic AI systems.
  • Experience in complex enterprise software sales.
