What you will do

• Provide leadership to the IT team, setting clear goals, priorities, and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Oversee corporate IT infrastructure, including end-user compute, office networks, and SaaS platforms.
• Manage IT budgeting, financial planning, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
• Drive strategic IT initiatives, including corporate technology roadmaps and the adoption of AI and automation tools.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards such as GDPR, ISO, and SOC2.
• Own the corporate security program, including endpoint protection, identity management, and security awareness training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in senior IT roles with a focus on strategy and operations.
• Deep knowledge of operating systems, corporate identity, and SaaS platforms like Azure AD and Microsoft 365.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, data protection, and corporate security operations.
• Experience owning or supporting SOC 2 Type II audits.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
